Egg White Breakfast Sandwich

Enjoy a healthy twist on this breakfast favorite!


  • Cooking spray
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 slice of turkey bacon/turkey sausage
  • 1 serving of low fat cheese
  • A 100% whole grain English muffin or 12 grain/100% whole wheat bread


  1. Spray your pan with cooking spray.
  2. Cook the two egg whites to your liking.
  3. Top the eggs with a serving of your desired low-fat cheese.
  4. Add a slice of turkey bacon or turkey sausage.
  5. Serve on a 100% whole grain English muffin, 12 grain or 100% whole wheat toast.
