Rock the Roll-Up

Let's face it, carbs can be a killer. Enjoy this healthy twist on a traditional favorite.


  • Iceberg Lettuce
  • Low-fat turkey breast
  • Low-fat cheese
  • Mustard or light mayo
  • Tomato slices


  1. Thoroughly wash your head of iceberg lettuce.
  2. Dry the lettuce off after washing it and put on a plate.
  3. Don't chop the lettuce into smaller pieces as you would for a salad. You want it to be it's natural, large size so that you can roll the sandwich ingredients in the lettuce.
  4. Add your "sandwich" favorites just as you would if you were using a wrap or bread: turkey, cheese, mayo, mustard, and tomatoes.
  5. Roll it up, serve, and enjoy.
