- Iceberg Lettuce
- Low-fat turkey breast
- Low-fat cheese
- Mustard or light mayo
- Tomato slices
- Thoroughly wash your head of iceberg lettuce.
- Dry the lettuce off after washing it and put on a plate.
- Don't chop the lettuce into smaller pieces as you would for a salad. You want it to be it's natural, large size so that you can roll the sandwich ingredients in the lettuce.
- Add your "sandwich" favorites just as you would if you were using a wrap or bread: turkey, cheese, mayo, mustard, and tomatoes.
- Roll it up, serve, and enjoy.
