Mushroom Paradise

Winter is filled with unhealthy comfort foods. Give your taste buds that same warm and satisfying feeling with a portabella mushroom appetizer.


  • Portabella mushroom
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • Red and green peppers
  • Sweet Onion
  • Fresh garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Fresh parmesan cheese


  1. Clean your portabella mushroom and place into an oven pan, making sure to spray the bottom with a generous amount of non-stick spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced red and green peppers, sliced sweet onion, freshly-diced garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper, and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil.
  3. Stuff your portabella mushroom with these delicious ingredients and add a small amount of fresh parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Bake ingredients at 350° for 10-15 minutes.
