- Portabella mushroom
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Red and green peppers
- Sweet Onion
- Fresh garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Fresh parmesan cheese
- Clean your portabella mushroom and place into an oven pan, making sure to spray the bottom with a generous amount of non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, combine diced red and green peppers, sliced sweet onion, freshly-diced garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper, and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil.
- Stuff your portabella mushroom with these delicious ingredients and add a small amount of fresh parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake ingredients at 350° for 10-15 minutes.
