Italian-Style Broccoli Parmesan Bake

A simple, affordable cheesy broccoli bake that comes together in one dish for an easy weeknight side.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Broccoli Crowns, chopped (On Sale: $1.99 lb)

  • 1 cup Bowl & Basket Shredded Cheese (On Sale: 3/$5)

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Steam broccoli 4-5 minutes until bright green and just tender.

Step 2: Toss broccoli with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread in a baking dish.

Step 3: Top with shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, and parmesan.

Step 4: Bake 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and topping is golden.

Chef's Tip: Steam the broccoli just until bright green before baking so it doesn't turn mushy.
