8 Fresh Baked Cookies, 4 crushed and 4 left whole (On Sale: $3.99)
1 cup Blackberries (On Sale: $1.99)
Step 1: Crush four of the cookies into coarse crumbs and set them aside for the dirt.
Step 2: Drop a layer of brownie chunks into the bottom of four glasses or small bowls.
Step 3: Add a scoop of ice cream to each, then a spoonful of cookie crumbs.
Step 4: Repeat with the remaining brownie chunks and another scoop of ice cream.
Step 5: Finish with a thick layer of cookie crumbs across the top so it reads as soil.
Step 6: Stand a whole cookie upright at the back of each glass as a tombstone and scatter the blackberries around its base.
Step 7: Serve immediately, while the tombstone is still crisp.
Chef's Tip: Chill the glasses first and work quickly so the layers stay distinct. Crush the cookies to a coarse crumb rather than a powder, so the dirt has texture. Stand the tombstone cookie up at the last second, because it softens once it touches the ice cream.
