Blueberry Cream Cheese Stuffed Texas Toast Bake

A creative make-ahead breakfast bake that stuffs thick Texas toast with sweet cream cheese and juicy blueberries for a weekend brunch treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Furlani Texas Toast (On Sale: 3/$5)

  • 1 pkg Crystal Farms Cream Cheese, softened (On Sale: $2.49)

  • 1 pint Blueberries (On Sale: $2.99)

  • 3 eggs

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.

Step 2: Spread softened cream cheese onto slices of Texas toast and sandwich together; cut into cubes.

Step 3: Layer cubes in the baking dish and scatter blueberries throughout.

Step 4: Whisk eggs, milk, and sugar together and pour evenly over the bread.

Step 5: Bake 25-30 minutes until golden and set in the center.

Chef's Tip: Let the bake rest 5 minutes before serving so it slices cleanly.
