No-Bake Cheesecake Berry Parfaits

Celebrate National Cheesecake Day with layers of creamy no-bake cheesecake filling and fresh strawberries and blueberries — no oven needed.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (16 oz) Philadelphia Soft Cream Cheese (On Sale: $5.99)

  • 1 lb Strawberries, sliced (On Sale: $2.99)

  • 1 pint Blueberries (On Sale: $2.99)

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Directions

Step 1: Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.

Step 2: Layer graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese mixture, and berries in glasses.

Step 3: Repeat layers until glasses are full.

Step 4: Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

Chef's Tip: Chill the parfaits at least 30 minutes so the filling firms up like real cheesecake.
