Sliced ribeye steak, peppers, and onions meet melty cheese in a creative one-pot pasta twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak.
12 oz Heritage Premium Sliced Ribeye Steak (On Sale: $8.99)
1 lb Green Bell Peppers, sliced (On Sale: $1.49 lb)
1 Sweet Onion, sliced (On Sale: $1.49 lb)
1 box (12 oz) San Giorgio Pasta (On Sale: $0.99)
2 cups beef broth
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Step 1: Sear sliced ribeye in a large pot over high heat 2-3 minutes; remove and set aside.
Step 2: Add peppers and onion to the pot and sauté 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add pasta and beef broth, bring to a boil, then simmer covered 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
Step 4: Stir beef back in along with shredded provolone until melted.
Step 5: Serve hot.
Chef's Tip: Cook the pasta directly in the beef broth for extra flavor and only one pot to wash.
