Ham, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Muffin Sandwiches

A classic grab-and-go breakfast sandwich made with deli ham, egg, and melty cheese on a toasted English muffin.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Smithfield Virginia or Honey Ham, sliced (On Sale: $4.99 lb)

  • 1 pkg Bays English Muffins (On Sale: 2/$5)

  • 1 pkg Borden American Singles (On Sale: 2/$5)

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1: Split and toast English muffins.

Step 2: Scramble or fry eggs to desired doneness.

Step 3: Layer each muffin with ham, egg, and a slice of cheese.

Step 4: Return to a warm pan briefly to melt cheese, then serve.

Chef's Tip: Fry the eggs in a round mold so they fit the muffin perfectly.
