Sausage & Cheese English Muffin Breakfast Sandwiches

A quick, budget-friendly breakfast sandwich with savory sausage patties and melty cheese on toasted English muffins.

Ingredients

  • 1 pk Banquet Brown 'N Serve Sausage (On Sale: 2/$5)

  • 1 pk Bays English Muffins (On Sale: 2/$5)

  • 1 pk Borden American Singles or Cheese Slices (On Sale: 2/$5)

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1: Cook sausage patties according to package directions.

Step 2: Toast English muffins until golden.

Step 3: Melt butter in a skillet and fry eggs to desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Assemble sandwiches with sausage, egg, and a slice of cheese between muffin halves.

Step 5: Microwave briefly if needed to melt the cheese, then serve.
