Quick and flavorful stir fry with tender beef and crisp vegetables in a sweet teriyaki glaze.
1.5 lb Fresh Ground Beef (On Sale: $4.99 lb)
2 bags Hanover Vegetables (On Sale: 2/$3)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, grated
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
Step 1: Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch with 1/4 cup water to make teriyaki sauce.
Step 2: Heat oil in large skillet or wok over high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking into small pieces.
Step 3: Add frozen vegetables and stir fry 3-4 minutes until heated through.
Step 4: Pour teriyaki sauce over beef and vegetables. Cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Step 5: Serve hot over rice.
Chef's Tip: Freeze beef for 15 minutes before slicing for easier, thinner cuts.
