3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Step 1: Mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Set aside.
Step 2: Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
