3 cups potatoes, cubed
1 onion, cut into wedges
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
