Breakfast Burrito Bar

Build-your-own breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs, sausage, and all the fixings for a fun weekend brunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Johnsonville Breakfast Sausage Links, cooked and chopped (On Sale: 2/$7)

  • 1 package Bowl & Basket Shredded Cheese (On Sale: $1.99)

  • 8 large eggs

  • 8 large flour tortillas

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, diced peppers, onions, avocado

Directions

Step 1: Cook sausage links according to package directions. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2: Whisk eggs with a splash of milk, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Scramble eggs until just set.

Step 4: Warm tortillas in microwave or on a dry skillet.

Step 5: Set up a burrito bar with scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, and desired toppings.

Step 6: Let everyone build their own burritos, roll tightly, and optionally toast seam-side down in a skillet.

Chef's Tip: Prep all ingredients before cooking so everything stays hot. Keep tortillas warm wrapped in foil in a low oven.
