24 oz Francesco Rinaldi Pasta Sauce (On Sale: $1.99)
8 oz Galbani Mozzarella Cheese, shredded (On Sale: $3.99)
2 oz Galbani Parmesan Cheese, grated (On Sale: $3.99)
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup flour
3 tbsp olive oil
Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Step 2: Set up breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with 1/4 cup parmesan. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
Step 3: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook breaded chicken 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Step 4: Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top each piece with marinara sauce, mozzarella, and remaining parmesan.
Step 5: Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
