Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwiches

Juicy grilled chicken with tangy honey mustard on toasted steak rolls for a delicious lunch or casual dinner.

Ingredients

  • 24 oz Perdue Perfect Portions Chicken (On Sale: $6.99)

  • 1 package Steak Rolls (On Sale: $2.99)

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for serving

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1: Whisk together honey, mustard, and olive oil. Reserve half for serving.

Step 2: Season chicken with salt and pepper, then brush with half of the honey mustard mixture.

Step 3: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step 4: Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Step 5: Toast steak rolls on the grill for 1-2 minutes.

Step 6: Assemble sandwiches with grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and reserved honey mustard sauce.
