8 Hamburger Rolls (On Sale: $2.99)
1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Rub pork with brown sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Place in slow cooker with onion and garlic.
Step 2: Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until pork shreds easily with a fork.
Step 3: Remove pork and shred with two forks. Discard excess liquid from slow cooker.
