Grilled Porterhouse Steaks with Garlic Butter

Juicy grilled porterhouse steaks topped with herb garlic butter. A steakhouse-quality dinner perfect for backyard grilling season.

Ingredients

  • 4 Porterhouse Steaks (about 4 lb total) (On Sale: $7.99 lb)

  • 4 tbsp Crystal Farms Butter (On Sale: $3.99)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Step 1: Preheat grill to high heat. Pat steaks dry and brush with olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Grill steaks for 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

Step 3: While steaks cook, melt butter in a small pan and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in parsley.

Step 4: Remove steaks from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Top with garlic butter before serving.

Chef's Tip: Let steaks rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before grilling for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
