1.5 lb Perdue Chicken Breasts (On Sale: $3.49 lb)
8 oz Galbani Mozzarella Cheese (On Sale: $3.99)
1.5 cups Francesco Rinaldi Pasta Sauce (On Sale: $1.99)
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
Step 2: Set up breading station: beaten eggs in one dish, breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan in another.
Step 3: Dip each chicken breast in egg, then coat thoroughly in breadcrumb mixture.
Step 4: Place breaded chicken in greased baking dish. Bake 20 minutes.
Step 5: Top each breast with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake 10 more minutes until cheese melts.
Chef's Tip: Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crispy coating. Don't overcook the chicken.
