3 lb Boneless Pork Picnic (On Sale: $2.49 lb)
1 bottle Kraft Barbecue Sauce (On Sale: 2/$4)
8 Steak Rolls (On Sale: $2.99)
1 onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Season pork generously with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker.
Step 2: Add sliced onion around the pork.
Step 3: Pour half the barbecue sauce over the pork.
Step 4: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until meat is very tender.
Step 5: Remove pork and shred with two forks. Discard any excess fat.
Step 6: Return shredded pork to slow cooker and mix with remaining barbecue sauce. Serve on steak rolls.
