Smoky kielbasa, sweet apples and onion get grilled with a honey-mustard glaze for a festive Oktoberfest-inspired dinner as fall kicks off.
1 pkg (14 oz) Hillshire Farm Smoked Polska Kielbasa, cut into chunks (On Sale: $4.99)
1 lb Gala Apples, cubed (On Sale: 99¢ lb)
1 Yellow Onion, cubed (On Sale: $1.99)
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
8 skewers
1 tbsp vegetable oil, for grill
Step 1: Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes if using. Cut kielbasa, apples, and onion into 1-inch chunks.
Step 2: Whisk together honey and mustard for a glaze.
Step 3: Thread kielbasa, apple, and onion pieces alternately onto skewers.
Step 4: Grill over medium heat 10-12 minutes, turning and brushing with honey-mustard glaze, until kielbasa is charred and apples are tender.
Chef's Tip: Cut all pieces about the same size so everything cooks evenly on the grill.
