Caramel Apple & Ricotta Dessert Parfaits

A creative fall dessert layering sweet ricotta, crumbled pudding cake, and chopped caramel apples for a festive no-bake treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (3 ct) Tastee Caramel Apples, chopped (On Sale: $3.99)

  • 1 container (15 oz) Galbani Ricotta Cheese (On Sale: $2.99)

  • 1 Pudding Cake, crumbled (On Sale: $3.99)

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Step 1: Stir honey and cinnamon into the ricotta cheese until smooth.

Step 2: Chop the caramel apples into small bite-sized pieces.

Step 3: Layer crumbled pudding cake, sweetened ricotta, and chopped caramel apples in glasses.

Step 4: Chill 20 minutes before serving.

Chef's Tip: Chill the parfaits for at least 20 minutes before serving so the flavors meld together.
