3 Tree Ripe Peaches (On Sale: $2.99 lb)
2 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (On Sale: 2/$5)
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Cut chicken into 1.5-inch cubes. Season with salt, pepper, and ginger.
Step 2: Dice 2 peaches into chunks. Puree remaining peach with BBQ sauce and honey to make glaze.
Step 3: Thread chicken and peach chunks alternately onto skewers.
Step 4: Brush with olive oil. Preheat grill to medium-high.
Step 5: Grill skewers 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
Step 6: During last 2 minutes, brush with peach glaze. Serve with remaining glaze on the side.
