3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil.
Step 2: Toss potatoes and carrots with 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on baking sheet.
