4 ears fresh corn, halved
1 lemon, halved
3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
4 cloves garlic, smashed
Salt to taste
Step 1: Fill a large pot with water, add Old Bay, garlic, lemon halves, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Step 2: Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Add corn and cook for 5 minutes more.
Step 4: Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 5: Drain everything and spread on a large platter or newspaper-covered table.
Step 6: Serve immediately with melted butter for dipping.
