Mediterranean Baked Salmon with Lemon & Herbs

Elegant yet effortless baked salmon with bright Mediterranean flavors. A healthy dinner that comes together in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Bowl & Basket Salmon Fillets (On Sale: $15.99)

  • 2 Lemons, sliced (On Sale: 2/$1)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Place salmon fillets on prepared sheet, skin-side down.

Step 3: Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and minced garlic.

Step 4: Top each fillet with lemon slices.

Step 5: Bake 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Step 6: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra lemon wedges.
