Red, White & Blue Cheesecake Cups

Individual no-bake cheesecake cups layered with strawberries and blueberries. A festive, make-ahead dessert celebrating summer and patriotic pride perfect for the week after July 4th.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Red Ripe Strawberries, sliced (On Sale: $3.99)

  • 1 pint Organic Blueberries (On Sale: $3.99)

  • 2 pkg Bowl & Basket Cream Cheese (On Sale: 2/$3)

  • 1 pkg Specialty Dessert Shells (On Sale: $2.99)

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions

Step 1: Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.

Step 2: In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into cream cheese mixture.

Step 3: Crumble dessert shells into bottoms of 4 clear cups or glasses.

Step 4: Layer cheesecake mixture, sliced strawberries, more cheesecake, then blueberries.

Step 5: Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Top with remaining berries before serving.

Chef's Tip: Make these the night before for easiest assembly. Use clear cups to show off the patriotic layers.
