1.25 lbs Boneless Sirloin Steak, thinly sliced (On Sale: $9.99 lb)
1 pkg Rainbow Peppers, sliced (On Sale: $3.99)
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp ginger, minced
Step 1: Toss sliced steak with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch. Let sit 5 minutes.
Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Step 3: Cook steak in batches, 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 4: Add remaining oil to pan. Stir-fry peppers 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Step 5: Add garlic and ginger, cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 6: Return steak to pan with remaining soy sauce and 2 tbsp water.
Step 7: Toss everything together 1 minute until heated through. Serve over rice.
