Grilled Honey-Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Summer Vegetables

An impressive yet simple grilled main course featuring sweet and savory pork paired with seasonal grilled veggies—ideal for outdoor summer cooking.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Hatfield Seasoned Pork Tenderloin (On Sale: $5.99)

  • 2 Green or Yellow Squash, sliced lengthwise (On Sale: $1.49 lb)

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

Step 2: Mix honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl for glaze.

Step 3: Brush sliced squash with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Grill pork tenderloin 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches 145°F internal temperature.

Step 5: Brush with honey-mustard glaze during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Step 6: Grill squash slices 3-4 minutes per side until tender with grill marks.

Step 7: Let pork rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with grilled vegetables.
