An easy weeknight pasta that stretches budget-friendly ingredients into a fresh, flavorful dinner. Cherry tomatoes burst into a light sauce.
1 lb Ronzoni Spaghetti (On Sale: $0.99)
12 oz Sunset Flavor Bombs Cherry Tomatoes, halved (On Sale: $4.49)
2 tbsp Bowl & Basket Grated Parmesan (On Sale: 2/$7)
4 cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
Fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining.
Step 2: While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 3: Add sliced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4: Add halved cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes burst and form a sauce.
Step 6: Add drained pasta to skillet with 1/4 cup pasta water. Toss to coat.
Step 7: Remove from heat, stir in torn basil and parmesan. Add more pasta water if needed.
Step 8: Serve with extra parmesan.
