Celebrate peak summer fruit season with this warm, bubbly cobbler featuring fresh peaches and organic blueberries topped with a golden biscuit crust. Perfect for 4th of July week gatherings.
3 Tree Ripe Peaches, sliced (On Sale: $2.99 lb)
1 pint Organic Blueberries (On Sale: $2.99)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
Step 2: Slice peaches and toss with blueberries and 1/4 cup sugar. Spread fruit in prepared dish.
Step 3: In a bowl, whisk together flour, remaining sugar, and baking powder.
Step 4: Stir in melted butter and milk until just combined.
Step 5: Drop batter by spoonfuls over fruit, spreading gently.
Step 6: Bake 40-45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Step 7: Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
