1.5 lbs Boneless Sirloin Steaks (On Sale: $9.99 lb)
16 oz Rainbow Peppers, sliced (On Sale: $3.99)
2 limes (On Sale: 2/$1)
1 large onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Combine juice of 1 lime, 2 tbsp oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Marinate steaks for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Preheat grill to high heat. Grill steaks 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest.
Step 3: Heat remaining oil in a large skillet. Sauté peppers and onions until tender-crisp, about 8 minutes.
Step 4: Slice steaks against the grain into thin strips.
Step 5: Toss steak with peppers and onions. Squeeze remaining lime over top.
Step 6: Serve immediately with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
