National Cheeseburger Day Stuffed Slider Bites

Mini cheese-stuffed beef patties on soft slider rolls — a fun way to celebrate National Cheeseburger Day (September 18) with the family.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 80% Lean Ground Chuck (On Sale: $4.99 lb)

  • 0.25 lb Cooper Sharp Cheese, cubed (On Sale: $5.99 lb)

  • 12 Pepperidge Farm Slider Rolls (On Sale: 2/$7)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1: Divide ground chuck into 12 small portions, flatten each, and place a cube of cheese in the center.

Step 2: Fold the beef around the cheese and shape into a mini patty, sealing edges completely.

Step 3: Heat oil in a skillet or grill over medium heat and cook patties 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.

Step 4: Season with salt and pepper, place on slider rolls, and serve warm.

Chef's Tip: Seal the edges of each patty tightly around the cheese so it stays gooey inside instead of leaking out.
