End-of-Summer Seafood Boil Foil Packets

Snow crab, shrimp, and potatoes steamed in seasoned foil packets — a festive send-off to summer straight off the grill.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Jumbo Snow Crab Clusters (On Sale: $9.99 lb)

  • 1 lb Raw EZ Peel Shrimp (from 2 lb bag) (On Sale: $15.99)

  • 1 lb Bowl & Basket Red or Yellow Potatoes, halved (On Sale: $5.49)

  • 2 Lemons, sliced (On Sale: 5/$3)

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp seafood boil seasoning

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Step 1: Preheat grill or oven to 400°F.

Step 2: Divide crab clusters, shrimp, and halved potatoes evenly among 4 large foil sheets.

Step 3: Top each packet with a pat of butter, garlic, lemon slices, and a generous sprinkle of seasoning.

Step 4: Seal packets tightly and grill or bake 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender and shrimp is opaque.

Step 5: Carefully open packets (steam is hot!) and serve immediately — a festive send-off to summer.

Chef's Tip: Parboil potatoes for 5 minutes before assembling packets to ensure they cook through in time.
