Campfire S'mores Brownie Sundaes

A playful end-of-summer dessert stacking fudgy brownies, ice cream and whipped topping for a campfire-inspired treat before the season winds down.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Mrs. B's Brownies (4 ct) (On Sale: $4.99)

  • 1 pint Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream (On Sale: $3.99)

  • 1 tub TruWhip Whipped Topping (On Sale: 2/$5)

  • mini marshmallows for topping

  • crushed graham crackers for topping

Directions

Step 1: Cut each brownie in half and place in a bowl or sundae glass.

Step 2: Top with a scoop of ice cream.

Step 3: Add a dollop of whipped topping.

Step 4: Sprinkle with mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers before serving.

Chef's Tip: Warm the brownies slightly in the microwave before topping so the ice cream gets extra melty.
