Simple Ham & Cheese Tortilla Pinwheels

An easy, no-cook lunch of deli ham, cheese, and lettuce rolled into tortillas and sliced into fun pinwheels.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb Sahlen's Ham off the Bone (On Sale: $4.99 lb)

  • 0.5 lb Mrs. B's White American Cheese, sliced (On Sale: $4.99 lb)

  • 1 pkg Old El Paso Flour Tortilla Shells (On Sale: 2/$5)

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise

  • Lettuce leaves, as needed

Directions

Step 1: Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each tortilla.

Step 2: Layer ham, cheese, and lettuce evenly over each tortilla.

Step 3: Roll tightly and chill 10 minutes.

Step 4: Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.

Chef's Tip: Chill rolled pinwheels for 10 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
