  • 2 Large Lobster Tails (On Sale: $14.99)

  • 2 pkgs Heritage Premium Sliced Ribeye Steak (On Sale: $8.99)

  • 4 tbsp Cabot Butter (On Sale: $3.49)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • fresh parsley, chopped

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1: Celebrate Kiss and Make Up Day (August 25) with a restaurant-worthy dinner at home.

Step 2: Split lobster tails lengthwise; season with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Melt butter with garlic; brush half over lobster and ribeye steaks.

Step 4: Grill or pan-sear steaks 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare; grill or broil lobster tails 5-6 minutes until opaque.

Step 5: Baste with remaining garlic butter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve together.

Chef's Tip: Let steaks rest 5 minutes before slicing to keep them juicy.
