Back-to-School Waffle and Sausage Skewers

Fun stackable waffle and sausage skewers with fresh blueberries and syrup for dipping - a festive way to kick off the new school year.

Ingredients

  • 8 Eggo waffles, quartered (On Sale: $2.49)

  • 1 pkg Johnsonville breakfast sausage links, cooked and halved (On Sale: $3.99)

  • 1 cup blueberries (On Sale: $3.99)

  • 1/2 cup Log Cabin syrup, warmed (On Sale: 2/$7)

  • 8 small wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1: Toast waffles and cut each into quarters.

Step 2: Cook sausage links according to package directions and slice into pieces.

Step 3: Thread waffle pieces, sausage pieces, and blueberries onto skewers, alternating.

Step 4: Serve with warm syrup for dipping.
