Weeknight BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders

Tender pulled pork piled high on soft potato rolls with tangy BBQ sauce — an easy, budget-friendly dinner the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Curly's Pulled Pork (On Sale: $4.99)

  • 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce (On Sale: 2/$5)

  • 12 ct Martin's Slider Potato Rolls (On Sale: $2.99)

  • 1 cup coleslaw mix

Directions

Step 1: Warm pulled pork in a skillet over medium heat, stirring in half the BBQ sauce.

Step 2: Split and lightly toast slider rolls.

Step 3: Pile warm pork onto rolls, top with extra BBQ sauce and coleslaw if desired, and serve.
