End-of-Summer Peach Brioche Shortcakes

Toasted brioche slices topped with juicy sale peaches and whipped topping — a festive send-off to summer for Labor Day.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Tree Ripe Peaches (On Sale: $3.99 lb)

  • 1 pkg Bakerly Sliced Brioche (On Sale: $6.99)

  • 1 can Reddi-wip Topping (On Sale: 2/$6)

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Step 1: Slice peaches thin and toss with sugar and cinnamon; let sit 10 minutes to release juices.

Step 2: Toast brioche slices until golden.

Step 3: Top each brioche slice with peach mixture.

Step 4: Finish with a swirl of Reddi-wip and serve immediately.

Chef's Tip: Toast the brioche slices lightly for extra texture.

Save by using Use ripe peaches at their peak sale price instead of pricier berries. and Serve with A scoop of vanilla ice cream.
