Cuban-Style Pork Deli Sandwiches

A quick and affordable lunch sandwich featuring Cuban pork, melty American cheese, and buttery bread.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb Dietz & Watson Cuban Pork (On Sale: $8.99 lb)

  • 0.25 lb Dietz & Watson American Cheese (On Sale: $5.99 lb)

  • 1 loaf Schmidt's Olde Tyme Butter Bread (On Sale: $1.99)

  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

  • Sliced pickles, optional

Directions

Step 1: Layer pork, cheese, mustard, and pickles between slices of bread.

Step 2: Butter the outside of the bread and grill in a skillet 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.

Step 3: Slice and serve warm.

Chef's Tip: Press the sandwich in a skillet or panini press for a crispy, melty finish.

Save by using Deli pork and cheese from the sale case turn into a filling lunch for well under $8 total. and Serve with Pickles or a side of chips.
