3 bell peppers, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Step 1: If desired, brown sausages in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. This step is optional but adds flavor.
Step 2: Place sliced bell peppers and onions in bottom of slow cooker.
Step 3: Add sausages on top of vegetables.
