1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup buttermilk
Vegetable oil for frying
1 tsp paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Mayonnaise and lettuce for serving
Step 1: Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Soak in buttermilk for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Mix flour with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
