2 lb Bowl & Basket Raw EZ Peel Shrimp (On Sale: $13.99)
1/4 cup Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil (On Sale: $7.99)
3 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Step 1: Peel and devein shrimp. Pat dry with paper towels.
Step 2: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Add shrimp to marinade and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Thread shrimp onto skewers.
