Tender sliced pork and crisp vegetables in a savory Asian-style sauce over rice. Ready in under 30 minutes.
1.5 lb Chairman's Reserve Prime Pork Tenderloin, sliced thin (On Sale: $2.99 lb)
1 bag Bagged Carrots - 16 oz, julienned (On Sale: $0.99)
2 cups broccoli florets
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Step 2: Add sliced pork and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 3: Add remaining oil to the skillet. Stir-fry carrots and broccoli for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Step 4: Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 5: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, and water.
Step 6: Return pork to the skillet, pour in sauce, and toss everything together.
Step 7: Cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens and coats the pork and vegetables.
Step 8: Serve immediately over steamed rice.
