My Boyer's X-tra Savings: Program Rules & Terms

The complete rules for the Boyer's Food Markets rewards program.

Note These program rules are being finalized as the My Boyer's X-tra Savings program rolls out. Some details, including specific point values, exclusion lists, and partner programs, may be adjusted before launch and from time to time afterward. Watch this page for the most current version.

1. Program overview

My Boyer's X-tra Savings (the "Program") is the loyalty rewards program operated by Boyer's Food Markets ("Boyer's", "we", "us", "our"). Through the Program, members earn points on qualifying purchases at participating Boyer's Food Markets locations and may redeem those points for discounts and other rewards as described in these rules.

By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to these Program Rules and Terms (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Program.

2. Membership & eligibility

Eligibility

  • Membership is open to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age.

  • Membership is for personal, household, non-commercial use only. Business accounts and resellers are not eligible.

  • Membership is free.

Enrolling

You can enroll in the Program by:

  • Downloading the My Boyer's app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and following the in-app sign-up;

  • Texting "boyers" to 87573 (message and data rates may apply); or

  • Signing up online or providing your phone number at any participating Boyer's checkout.

One account per shopper

Each shopper is entitled to one Program account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing accounts, combining points across accounts, or attempting to register multiple accounts is not permitted and may result in suspension of the affected accounts.

3. Earning points

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases at any participating Boyer's Food Markets location, identified at checkout by phone number or in-app barcode. Points are typically credited to your account within 24 hours of the qualifying transaction.

Points are calculated on the eligible pre-tax subtotal of your purchase, after manufacturer coupons and Program discounts have been applied, and excluding the items listed in Section 7 (Limitations & exclusions).

Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, combined with another member's account, or assigned to another person except by operation of law.

4. Redeeming points

Points may be redeemed at participating Boyer's Food Markets locations as follows:

  • 100 points = $1 off your purchase

  • 400 points = $5 off your purchase

From time to time we may offer additional redemption options, including FREE or discounted featured items, Coffee Club perks, and limited-time bonus rewards. Each additional redemption opportunity is governed by the terms communicated in the offer.

To redeem at the register, identify your account by phone number or in-app barcode and tell the cashier you'd like to use your points. When you redeem, your oldest points are used first so you continue to get the most out of the points you've earned.

Discount redemptions are applied to the eligible pre-tax subtotal of your purchase and may not reduce the transaction total below zero. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or applied to past transactions.

5. Points expiration

Points expire at the end of the month following the month they were earned. For example, points earned at any time during May expire at the end of the day on June 30.

Members can review their current points balance and upcoming expirations in the My Boyer's app. We may also send reminder communications by email or text when points are about to expire, but doing so is a courtesy and not a requirement of the Program.

Expired points are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

6. Bonus & promotional points

From time to time we'll offer bonus point opportunities. For example, for signing up, downloading the app, sharing your email address, signing up for text messages, or buying featured products. Each bonus opportunity has its own terms, which will be communicated in the offer (in-store, in the app, by email, on this website, or in printed materials).

Sign-up bonus points (including the 50-point bonuses for joining the program, downloading the app, sharing your email address, and opting in to text messages) are credited to your account after your first qualifying purchase. To trigger your sign-up bonuses, identify your account at checkout by phone number or in-app barcode the first time you shop.

Bonus points post to your account separately from base points. Unless otherwise stated in the offer, bonus points follow the same expiration window as base points and are subject to the same exclusions and limitations.

7. Limitations & exclusions

The following items and amounts do not earn or accept point redemptions:

  • Milk and dairy products where prohibited by state law

  • Lottery tickets and gaming products

  • Money orders, stamps, postage, and bill payments

  • Gift cards, prepaid cards, and reload products

  • Tobacco products and tobacco-related accessories

  • Alcoholic beverages where prohibited by state law

  • Sales tax, bottle deposits, and similar fees

  • Pharmacy purchases (where applicable)

  • Charitable donations and rounded-up amounts

  • Other items as designated by Boyer's or required by law

Boyer's reserves the right to refuse to credit or redeem points on any item or transaction at its discretion. Specific exclusions may vary by state and by store and are subject to change.

8. Caring & Sharing

Members can assign a registered Caring & Sharing organization to their account. When you do, a portion of your qualifying purchases will be credited toward your selected organization in addition to the points you earn for yourself. Caring & Sharing assignments and payouts are governed by the separate Caring & Sharing program rules, including the $25 minimum payout threshold.

9. Account management

Keeping your information current

You're responsible for keeping your contact information up to date. You can update your phone number, email address, mailing address, birthday, and communication preferences anytime in the My Boyer's app or by contacting customer service.

Lost or replaced devices

Your points are tied to your account, not your device. If you lose or replace your phone, simply sign back in to the My Boyer's app on your new device with the same phone number.

Closing your account

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer service. Any unredeemed points will be forfeited when your account is closed.

Inactive accounts

We may treat an account as inactive if there has been no qualifying purchase or login for 24 consecutive months and may close inactive accounts after notice.

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, and forfeit associated points, for fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or other conduct that compromises the integrity of the Program.

10. Program changes

Boyer's may modify, suspend, or end the My Boyer's X-tra Savings program at any time, including changing point values, redemption rates, expiration windows, exclusions, partner programs, or these Terms. We'll communicate material changes through the app, email, in-store signage, or this website. Continued participation in the Program after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated rules.

11. Disputes & customer service

If you believe your account is missing points, was incorrectly charged, or you have a question about how the Program works, please contact our customer service team:

Boyer's decisions on Program matters, including point credits, redemptions, exclusions, and account status, are final.

12. Privacy

Information you provide as part of the Program is handled in accordance with our website privacy practices and our partner AppCard's privacy practices. We use Program information to operate your account, calculate points, deliver communications you've opted in to, and improve the shopping experience. You can manage email and text communication preferences in the My Boyer's app or by contacting customer service.
