Gold Medal Flour
April 28, 2023– General Mills announced today a voluntary recall
involving Gold Medal Unbleached and Bleached All Purpose Flour due to
the potential presence of Salmonella Infantis. Only retail branded Gold
Medal Flour is impacted.
This impacts only Gold Medal Unbleached and
Bleached All Purpose flour. No other Gold Medal Flour products or date
codes are impacted by this recall.
