2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 stick of butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 cup half and half or cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Cut chicken in to 2 inch chunks. Melt butter in skillet, add chicken and saute. When chicken begins taking color, add garlic and green onions.
Add remaining ingredients except lemon juice. Cover and simmer over low heat until mixture thickens and chicken is tender.
Serve over cooked and drained fettuccine. Sprinkle with lemon juice and additional parmesan cheese if desired.

1 can (7-8 oz) of kernel corn
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10-10.5 oz) can of tomato soup
1 lb ground chuck
Salt, pepper and for taste
10.5 oz water
2 strips of bacon
Place corn (undrained) in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Add uncooked rice, half of the onion and 1/2 the can of tomato soup.
Crumble the uncooked ground chuck and add to the mix with the remaining onion, salt and pepper.
Spread the rest of the tomato soup and pour the water over this. Place 2 strips of bacon over the mix.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.

1 tbsp Korean Chile bean paste
3 garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup chicken broth
6 pork chops
Salt and pepper for taste
In a slow cooker, combine the bean paste, garlic, soy sauce and chicken broth.
Season the chops with salt and pepper and place in to the slow cooker.
Turn to coat completely with sauce, cover and cook for 5 hours on low setting.
Serve with Fresh Asparagus and Portuguese Rolls.
1 lb ground turkey
1 small onion, diced
1 small bell pepper, diced
1 clove garlic
1 can whole tomatoes
Butter flavored cooking spray
Brown ground turkey and drain.
Saute vegetables in butter flavored cooking spray on low heat.
Add sauteed vegetables to turkey, then the tomatoes and bring to a rapid boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until liquid begins to thicken. Serve over toast.
