4 boneless pork chops
1 (6oz pkg) stuffing mix
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 small apples, peeled, cored
Slice apples, place in bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Toss with sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Prepare stuffing mix as directed. Spread stuffing mix into bottom of a 9" x 13" baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Place pork chops on top of stuffing.
Cover each pork chop with apple mixture. Cover pan with foil, bake for 1 hour.

2 lb. cod fillets, cut into cubes
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
2 sm. onion, finely chopped; optional
1 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place cod in greased baking dish or individual baking dishes. In heavy saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour until smooth and remove from heat. Gradually stir in half the milk. Return to heat and beat until smooth and shiny.
Gradually add remaining milk, salt, pepper and onion. Cook, stirring until smooth and thickened. Pour sauce over fish and sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 375° for 15-30 minutes until sauce bubbles and fish is cooked.

2 1/2 or 3 lbs. chicken, cut in pieces
1/2 c Pet evaporated milk
4 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dip chicken pieces in 1/2 cup Pet evaporated milk. Roll in mixture of 4 cups Corn Flakes, crushed into fine crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Place chicken in shallow baking pan, "Cookie Sheet", skin side up. Line pan with foil paper and cover with foil. Bake at 350°F about 1 hour or until tender. No need to turn while baking.
Save by using Kellogg's Corn Flakes and Serve with Hanover Green Beans and Potatoes.
1 lb. ground beef
1 package oven ready lasagna noodles
1 can of spaghetti sauce
1 large marble cheese block; shredded
pinch of parsley
pinch of basil
pinch of oregano
pinch of pepper
Cook ground beef until brown. Add can of spaghetti sauce and stir until well mixed. Add pinch of parsley, basil, oregano and pepper. Stir well until thoroughly mixed. Shred cheese.
Begin to prepare lasagna by placing noodles on the bottom of pan, then sauce, then cheese. Repeat until ingredients run out.
Top layer should be the sauce with cheese on top. Place foil over baking dish.
Bake in oven at 375°F for 40 minutes.
