6 to 12 chicken legs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. chili sauce
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Heat oil in pan. Cook garlic and onion for 3 minutes. Add chili sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, celery seeds and salt to pan, and bring to a boil. Cook slowly for 10 minutes. Place the chicken legs in a large oven dish, side by side in a single layer.
Pour sauce over the chicken legs and cook in a 350°F oven, uncovered, for 1 hour. Turn a couple of times while baking.
